This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Nexalink24's hosting, domain,
and digital services. It applies to all clients and anyone who accesses our infrastructure,
directly or through a client's website or application. By using our services you agree to
comply with this policy at all times.
Important: Violations of this policy may result in immediate suspension or
termination of your account without notice or refund. Serious violations will be reported
to the relevant authorities in Eswatini and internationally where applicable.
1. Prohibited Content
You must not host, distribute, or transmit any content that:
- Is illegal under the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini or any applicable jurisdiction.
- Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way.
- Promotes, facilitates, or incites violence, terrorism, or hate speech.
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party, including pirated software, music, or films.
- Is defamatory, fraudulent, or deliberately misleading.
- Contains malware, viruses, ransomware, spyware, or any malicious code.
- Facilitates gambling, unless you hold a valid Eswatini gambling licence.
- Promotes or sells controlled substances without proper legal authorisation.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Nexalink24's services to:
- Spam — send unsolicited bulk email or SMS messages to any person who has not explicitly opted in.
- Phishing — create or host fake websites designed to steal login credentials, financial details, or personal data.
- Network abuse — launch denial-of-service (DoS/DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or unauthorised network intrusion of any kind.
- Resource abuse — use excessive CPU, memory, or bandwidth in a way that degrades service for other clients on shared hosting.
- Cryptocurrency mining — run cryptocurrency mining scripts or software on our shared hosting infrastructure.
- Open relays — operate an open mail relay or proxy that can be exploited by third parties.
- Impersonation — impersonate any person, business, or organisation including Nexalink24 itself.
- Data harvesting — scrape, harvest, or collect personal data from third-party websites without authorisation.
3. Email Usage
Business email accounts provided through Nexalink24 must not be used to:
- Send bulk unsolicited emails (spam).
- Forge email headers or sender addresses.
- Distribute malware or phishing links.
- Send more than 500 emails per hour without prior written approval from Nexalink24.
4. Domain Names
Domains registered through Nexalink24 must not be used for:
- Cybersquatting or registering domains that infringe on existing trademarks.
- Hosting content that violates this AUP.
- Parking pages with misleading or deceptive content.
Domain registrations are also subject to ICANN policies and the rules of the relevant registry
(e.g. TZNIC for .co.sz domains). Violations of those rules may result in domain suspension by
the registry independently of Nexalink24.
5. Reseller and Third-Party Responsibility
If you host websites or applications for your own clients using Nexalink24's services, you are
responsible for ensuring that your clients also comply with this AUP. Violations by your clients
are treated as violations by you. Nexalink24 is not responsible for the content or conduct of
third parties using your account.
6. Security Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Keeping your website software (WordPress, plugins, themes, etc.) updated to prevent security vulnerabilities.
- Using strong, unique passwords for your cPanel, email, and admin accounts.
- Reporting any suspected security breach of your account to Nexalink24 immediately.
- Not sharing your cPanel or hosting credentials with unauthorised parties.
7. Enforcement
Nexalink24 reserves the right to:
- Investigate suspected violations of this AUP.
- Remove or disable access to content that violates this policy without prior notice.
- Suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation, without refund.
- Report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities in Eswatini or internationally.
- Cooperate fully with legal investigations involving our infrastructure.
Where a violation is unintentional and minor, we will generally attempt to notify you and allow
you to remedy the issue before taking action. Serious or repeated violations will result in
immediate termination.
8. Reporting a Violation
If you become aware of content or activity on Nexalink24's infrastructure that violates this policy,
please report it to us immediately at support@nexalink24.com.
We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to active clients
via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance
of the revised policy.
