We accept Mobile Money, bank transfer, and cash by arrangement. You will receive an invoice every month. No foreign cards or PayPal required.

Starter websites are typically live in 3–5 business days. Business sites take 5–7 days. E-commerce stores take 7–14 days depending on the number of products. Timeline starts once we receive your content and deposit.

Yes — you provide your text, logo, and images and we build around them. If you need help, we offer content writing and logo design as add-ons. We can also source stock images for you.

Business and E-Commerce sites are built with a management dashboard, so yes — you can update text, images, and products yourself. We also offer a 1-hour staff training session to walk you through it.

Just pay the 50% deposit, send us your content (text, images, logo), and we get started. We will guide you through everything over WhatsApp.

The once-off price covers the website build only. Hosting is billed monthly separately — Starter on Basic (E150/mo), Business on Standard (E300/mo), and E-Commerce on Business (E600/mo).

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds before launch. After launch, minor changes are free within the first 7 days. Ongoing changes can be covered under our Site Maintenance add-on.

A domain name is your address on the internet — for example, yourbusiness.co.sz. People type it into their browser to find your website or use it for email like yourname@yourbusiness.co.sz.

.co.sz is the official Eswatini domain extension and shows customers you're a local business. .com is international and recognised worldwide. We recommend registering both to protect your brand.

Domains are registered annually. We send you renewal reminders 60 and 30 days before expiry so you never accidentally lose your domain.

Yes. We handle domain transfers for all supported extensions. WhatsApp us with your current registrar details and we'll guide you through the process — it usually takes 5–7 days.

Every domain includes free DNS management, email forwarding, domain lock, renewal reminders, local WhatsApp support, and WHOIS privacy at no extra cost.

Yes — you have full DNS control. You can point your domain to any hosting provider, any server, or any IP address you choose. We can help you set this up over WhatsApp.

We send reminders before any service is suspended. For hosting, there is a 7-day grace period after the due date. We always WhatsApp you before taking any action.

Website deposits are non-refundable once work has started. Hosting is non-refundable after the first month. Domain registrations cannot be refunded as they are processed immediately with the registry. If you have a concern, WhatsApp us and we'll find a fair solution.
