These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Nexalink24's website and services. By purchasing or using any service from Nexalink24, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. About Nexalink24

Nexalink24 is a web hosting and digital services business registered with CIPA (Companies and Intellectual Property Authority) in Eswatini. We provide domain registration, web hosting, website creation, business email, and related digital services to clients primarily in Eswatini.

2. Services

Nexalink24 provides the following services, subject to these Terms:

• Shared web hosting via reseller infrastructure
• Domain name registration (.co.sz, .com, and others)
• Professional website design and development
• Business email setup and management
• SSL certificate installation
• Website maintenance and support packages

Service specifications, features, and pricing are as published on our website at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.

3. Payment Terms

• All hosting services are billed monthly or annually in advance. No service is provided on credit.
• Invoices are sent 7 days before renewal is due.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money,bank transfer and cash.
• Accounts not paid within 7 days of the due date will be suspended.
• Accounts suspended for non-payment for more than 30 days may be terminated and data deleted.
• Annual billing clients receive a discount equivalent to 2 months free.
• All prices are in Eswatini Lilangeni (E) unless otherwise stated.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day refund on new hosting accounts if you are not satisfied. Refunds are not available after 7 days, or for domain registrations (as these costs are passed directly to registrars), or for completed website design work. Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

5. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your account login credentials secure and confidential.
• Ensuring all content hosted on your account complies with applicable laws.
• Maintaining current contact and billing information with us.
• Backing up your own website data — we provide backups as a courtesy but do not guarantee them.
• Complying with our Acceptable Use Policy at all times.

6. Acceptable Use

Your use of Nexalink24's services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

7. Uptime and Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors outside our control, including upstream provider outages, force majeure events, or client-caused issues.

8. Suspension and Termination

Nexalink24 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• Payment is overdue by more than 7 days.
• You violate the Acceptable Use Policy.
• Your account is involved in illegal activity.
• Your account poses a security or performance risk to other clients.

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period unless within the 7-day refund window.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nexalink24's liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

10. Intellectual Property

Content you upload to your hosting account remains your property. By hosting with us you grant Nexalink24 the right to store and serve that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services. Website designs and code created by Nexalink24 for you become your property upon full payment.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Eswatini. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Eswatini.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of significant changes via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
